Job description
Role Purpose
To execute the high-precision installation of specialized components according to technical specifications and quality standards. This role requires a blend of manual dexterity, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues on-site.
Key ResponsibilitiesSite Preparation: Conduct site surveys and "set-outs" to ensure the installation area matches the dimensions provided in the technical drawings.
Technical Assembly: Install, fit, and adjust components (e.g., windows, ducting, machinery) using specialized hand and power tools.
Blueprint Interpretation: Read and follow complex "As-Built" drawings and schematics provided by the Document Controller.
System Testing: Perform post-installation testing and calibration to ensure everything is functioning correctly before handover.
Quality Finishes: Ensure the final product is aesthetically perfect—no gaps, misalignments, or structural weaknesses.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve site-specific challenges (e.g., uneven floors, mismatched parts) without compromising project timelines.
