Our newest opportunity is for a talented AI Architectural Visualizer to join our team, based in Doha, Qatar. This position is responsible for leading AI-driven architectural visualizations across all project stages.

We envisage success in this role to include;

• Produce AI-generated visual outputs from early-stage concepts to final, presentation-grade renders
• Deliver a range of content including photorealistic renders, atmospheric perspectives, diagrams, and visual narratives
• Translate 3D models, sketches, and design inputs into accurate and high-quality visual representations
• Execute post-processing and refinement to achieve professional, client-ready standards
• Develop and manage prompting strategies and AI workflows to ensure efficiency, control, and repeatability
• Maintain consistency in visual language (materials, lighting, composition, and overall identity) across projects
• Support rapid design iteration cycles, especially during competitions and concept phases
• Coordinate with design teams to ensure alignment between visualization outputs and design intent
• Research, test, and implement emerging AI visualization tools and techniques to continuously enhance studio capabilities 

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 2 years of relevant experience partnered with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.

Required Skills

AI & Visualization Tools

• Strong experience with Generative AI image models and AI Workflow Platforms: ComfyUI, WeavyAI, NanoBanana, (or others)
• Advanced prompting skills with ability to achieve controlled, consistent, and high-quality outputs
• Understanding of model behavior, parameter tuning, and workflow structuring to ensure exploration, repeatability and precision

Architectural & Design Understanding

• Solid understanding of architectural design, spatial composition, and materiality
• Ability to read and interpret 3D models, drawings, and design narratives
• Experience working within architectural or concept design environments

Rendering & Post-Processing

• Proficiency in real-time rendering tools (preferably D5) is mandatory
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite:
  • Photoshop (image refinement, compositing)
  • Illustrator (diagram creation and graphic visualization)
  • Premiere Pro / After Effects (basic animation and motion output)
• Ability to produce high-end, photorealistic renders and atmospheric visuals
• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, materials and color grading
