Job description

  • Lead the recruitment process for assigned clients
  • Act as the sole point of contact from Madre for client management and employee engagement activities
  • Create job description depending on the requirement
  • Screen CV's, job application forms, and candidate legal documents for authenticity and confirm the same
  • Conduct interviews for candidates via phone/video, in-person
  • Organize job offer letters, facilitate vis process, and all onboarding requirements as per client request
  • Institute a professional relationship with clients by addressing their concerns and queries in the best capacity
  • Manage the post hiring procedures and on-going employee life cycle

Requirements
  • Bachelors/Masters Degree in Human Resources/Management Studies/Humanities/Social Sciences
  • Experience in recruiting and mobilizing manpower in client sites
  • Experience in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) preferred
  • Experience in Zoho Recruit is preferred
  • Experience in Vietnam / South African Labor Laws
  • Recruitment experience in Vietnam / South Africa
