Role Objective The Salesforce Administrator & Developer will be responsible for both platform administration and custom development, ensuring the Salesforce ecosystem is stable, scalable, and aligned with business needs. The role will support ongoing operations while delivering enhancements, automation, and integrations across the real estate business landscape. Key Responsibilities Salesforce Administration Manage users, roles, profiles, and permission sets in line with security policies. Maintain data quality, governance, and audit compliance. Configure custom objects, fields, page layouts, and record types. Build and maintain reports and dashboards (sales pipeline, leasing, property portfolio, commissions). Provide L2/L3 support under SLA-driven managed services model. Support release management, sandbox testing, and deployments. Ensure platform adoption through training and user support. Salesforce Development Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and batch processes. Build Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components. Design and implement Flows, Process Builder, and automation solutions. Develop custom integrations using REST/SOAP APIs with:ERP systems Property management platforms Marketing tools Data warehouses Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization. Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and CI/CD pipelines. Integration & Architecture Support end-to-end system integrations and middleware tools. Collaborate with enterprise architecture teams for scalable solutions. Ensure data synchronization and system reliability across platforms. Compliance & Governance Ensure compliance with GCC/Qatar data protection and cybersecurity standards. Follow IT governance frameworks and audit requirements. Maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations. Required Skills & Experience4+ years of experience in Salesforce Administration & Development. Strong knowledge of:Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud Apex, SOQL, SOSLLightning Components (LWC preferred) Flows & automation tools Experience with managed services or outsourced support models. Hands-on experience with API integrations. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of real estate business processes is a plus.
