Reporting to Leasing Manager.
Recording and updating details of prospective and existing landlords and tenants into computer database swiftly.
Responsible to achieve the leasing target monthly.
Make study on the Leasing rent, opportunities & project information etc.
Following up with the listing & Availability of the lease units.
Following with CRM team for the inquires and contact with the customers.
Advertising available properties and conducting property tours / viewing as part of marketing activities.
Screening prospective tenants to ensure they meet eligibility requirements.
Completing reservation form, lease applications and assisting with verification of application information.
Informing prospective tenants of results.
Inspecting properties when tenants take occupation and vacate.
Liaising with tenants to provide information and address their complaints and concerns.
Maintaining and storing documentation effectively.
Accepting rent payments, security deposits and other applicable fees.



Requirements

Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of proven experience in real estate leasing or property management within Qatar.
Legal Knowledge: Strong understanding of Qatari real estate regulations, tenancy laws, and contract documentation.
Languages: Excellent command of English (verbal and written); proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
Key Skills: Strong negotiation, team leadership, strategic marketing, market analysis, and customer service skills.
Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems, property management software, and MS Office Suite.
