Key Responsibilities:• Lead and manage multiple business units within the shipping agency• Drive full P&L ownership – revenue, cost, and profitability• Oversee operations & commercial functions across:Liner Shipping Dry Containers Tankers RORO Operations Vessel Operations Develop and execute growth strategies across regional & international markets Build and lead high-performing teams
What We’re Looking For:• Senior leader with extensive experience in shipping / maritime industry• Strong exposure to multi-vertical shipping operations• Proven ability to manage independent business units• Expertise in both operations and commercial functions• Experience handling large-scale P&L responsibilities• European nationality preferred
