Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Clean and sanitize assigned areas including offices, restrooms, kitchens, hallways, and common spaces in accordance with established standards and schedules.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust surfaces; polish furniture and fixtures as required.
• Manage waste disposal, recycling, and proper handling of refuse in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Restock consumables such as cleaning supplies, paper products, and amenities; report inventory needs to the supervisor.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and report any malfunctions or safety hazards promptly.
• Follow health and safety guidelines, using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
• Ensure all areas are secure after cleaning, including door locks and alarm systems where applicable.
• Collaborate with other staff to support special events, deep cleaning tasks, and routine maintenance as assigned.
• Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and code of conduct at all times.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Educational background: University degree (Bachelor) not compulsory; relevant cleaning or facilities maintenance experience may also be considered.
• Career level: Internship or entry-level; strong willingness to learn and develop cleaning skills.
• Language: Proficiency in spoken and written English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 25 kg, and operating cleaning machinery.
• Attention to detail, reliability, punctuality, and a proactive attitude toward safety and quality.
• Availability to work flexible shifts as needed, including weekends or holidays in a rotational schedule.
