2. Material Take Off (MTO)
3. Preparation of Requisition and Technical Bid Evalution of material
4. Construction scope review
5. Method Statement review
6. Weld Map identification (Study and determination of location of shop weld/field weld)
7. Shop Inspection (Piping Pre-fab shop)
8. Field execution
9. QC knowledge of NDE procedures review
10. ITP review
11. RFI
For shutdown and non-shutdown piping / mechanical work,
-planning and preparatory work incl. site investigation, Inspection plan, Method statement and so on
-leading subcontractor
-coordination among CCJV/QG/Subcontractor
-material procurement (preparation of Requisition and perform technical bid evaluation)
-supervising construction work
-Field inspection
