Overview of the Role
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales Manager – Commercial Vehicles to lead the growth of our commercial vehicles business across the Qatar region. This role requires a strategic, customer centric sales leader with deep industry expertise and a proven track record in driving revenue, expanding market share, and building lasting customer partnerships. You will play a key role in shaping sales strategy, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to long term business success.
What You Will Do
• Build, strengthen, and manage relationships with new and existing customers to maximize sales opportunities.
• Deliver sales and marketing targets for the assigned territory while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Achieve financial goals through effective planning, forecasting, and execution of sales strategies.
• Contribute to the development of divisional strategy and annual business growth plans.
• Enhance team performance through coaching, mentoring, and continuous knowledge development.
• Understand customer needs, prepare tailored proposals, and manage the full sales cycle through to deal closure.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to support strategic decision-making.
• Travel as required to support regional business activities and customer engagements.
Skills
Required Skills to Be Successful
• Minimum 7 years of sales experience in commercial vehicles or related technical industries, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong technical understanding of commercial vehicle systems, applications, and solutions.
• Customer focused, target driven, and results oriented approach.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and leadership capabilities.
• Proven business development skills with the ability to identify and convert new opportunities.
• Strong decision making ability and strategic mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Valid GCC driving license.
