Premium Solutions Consultancy is hiring an Estimation Engineer for a client in Qatar. This role involves preparing accurate cost estimates for civil, architectural, and electromechanical works, ensuring adherence to project budgets and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
• Cost Estimation & Analysis: Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documentation.
• Project Planning: Collaborate with project teams to develop project schedules and risk assessments.
• Material & Labor Sourcing: Obtain competitive quotes from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Design Coordination: Review project designs for feasibility and cost compliance.
• Tender Management: Compile and submit tender proposals, and participate in post-tender negotiations.
• Cost Monitoring: Track project costs, provide reports, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Architectural Engineering or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in cost estimation for civil, architectural, and electromechanical works.
• Skills:
o Proficient in estimation software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam).
o Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and standards.
o Expertise in AutoCAD and BIM tools is a plus.
