Premium Solutions Consultancy is seeking a highly qualified Clinical Social Worker on behalf of our esteemed client within the healthcare sector in Qatar.

Preferred Nationalities: Lebanese, Jordanian, Algerian, Tunisian, Moroccan.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and diagnoses.
• Perform safety and risk assessments, implementing necessary interventions.
• Provide information, referrals, and education services to patients and their families.
• Offer supportive counselling and facilitate group therapy programs.
• Develop and implement treatment plans, discharge procedures, and future planning for patients.
• Mediate familial conflicts and offer social support during crisis intervention and disaster management.
• Contribute to the development, evaluation, and improvement of social programs.
• Monitor, analyze, and assess public and social policies for their impact and effectiveness.
• Coordinate and prioritize available resources to optimize patient care.
Requirements:

1. Master’s and bachelor’s degree in clinical social work.


2. Eligibility for licensing in Qatar is mandatory.


3. Valid license/registration certificate with requisite years of experience.


4. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Clinical Social Work (including post-graduation) for non-Qatari applicants.


5. For Qatari applicants, a minimum of 2 years’ experience is required.


6. 2 years of post-graduation experience for MSW.
