Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Support Executive (Stores & Purchase) to manage our store operations, inventory control, stock movements, and purchasing activities. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations, accurate stock levels, and timely procurement to support our showroom, van-sales, and distribution operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store and warehouse operations
- Handle stock receiving, inspection, arrangement, and dispatch
- Maintain accurate records of stock in & stock out
- Ensure proper inventory control and documentation
- Conduct regular stock taking (weekly/monthly/quarterly)
- Coordinate with operations and sales teams for stock requirements
- Manage purchasing of the goods
- Follow proper FIFO, expiry tracking, and storage standards
- Monitor minimum stock levels and support re-ordering
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and proper organization
- Prepare basic stock and purchase reports for management
Education Requirement:
- Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or related field (Mandatory)
