Position Title: Rewards and Performance Management Specialist

Location: Doha, Qatar
Job Objective:
To contribute to the development of reward strategy and policies to ensure implementation and administration of all Compensation and Benefits plans / programs for employees in accordance with the company HC strategy, policies, processes and local Labor Laws. To administer a dynamic performance management system across company that integrates the strategies of the company with the measurement and continual improvement of the performance of individual employees while encouraging the development of individuals' capabilities in order to improve the performance of company as overall.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in business /commerce/ management or equivalent.
Minimum Experience:
5-8 years of experience
