Role Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Storekeeper to manage day-to-day warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inventory control, material handling, documentation and ensuring efficient storage and dispatch of materials, tools andconsumables required for operations. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, spare parts, tools and consumables Maintain accurate stock records using inventory management systems or manual logs Issue materials to operations, maintenance and site teams as per approved requests Ensure proper storage, labelling and segregation of materials in compliance with safety and environmental standards Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations, report shortages, damages or discrepancies Coordinate with procurement and operations teams for timely replenishment of stock Maintain cleanliness, orderliness and safety of the warehouse always Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE requirements and applicable local regulations Prepare reports on stock levels, usage and inventory movements
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; certification in inventory/warehouse management is an advantage Good knowledge of inventory control practices and warehouse procedures Familiarity with MS Excel, Word, Power Point, and ERP / inventory systems Ability to handle physical work and operate basic warehouse equipment Good communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail, strong organizational skills and a responsible work attitude Valid Qatar Driving License – Light Vehicle (Advantageous)
Experience Minimum 3–4 years of experience as a Storekeeper or Warehouse Assistant Preferable experience in Waste Management, Utilities, Facilities Management or Industrial sectors Previous experience in a similar role within Qatar is essential
Physical Demands Manual handling of tools, equipment, and consumables Working in warehouse environments, which may include exposure to dust, noise, etc. Good hand–eye coordination for counting, sorting, labeling, and organizing stock
Knowledge FIFO / FEFO principles and proper stock rotation Warehouse safety and HSE practices Waste Management Services & Industry Working knowledge of tools, equipment, spare parts, and consumables Awareness of loss prevention and stock accountability Understanding of company policies and procedures
Language Proficiency English (Fluent) Hindi/Urdu (Fluent) Arabic (Advantageous)
