Key Result Areas:
➢ Lead the strategic design, development, implementation, and evaluation of multiversity courses and programs under Qatar Foundation’s Multiversity Framework, spanning credit and non-credit bearing programs and executive education initiatives
➢ Design and oversee end-to-end program development processes, from needs analysis through curriculum architecture, instructional design, pilot implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement
➢ Develop integrated academic architectures for multiversity programs, including learning pathways, curriculum maps, assessment frameworks, credentialing structures, and progression models
➢ Build and steward collaborative academic design teams comprising faculty, instructional designers, academic leaders, and industry/community partners to co-create high-impact credit and non-credit multiversity offerings
➢ Serve as an academic quality authority for multiversity initiatives, ensuring alignment between learning outcomes, instructional strategies, assessment design, and program-level impact goals
➢ Oversee the quality assurance of multiversity programs, including documentation standards, design reviews, program evaluations, and academic governance processes
➢ Support the review of multiversity proposals and initiatives from an academic quality, feasibility, and alignment perspective
➢ Coordinate academic quality assurance activities across Education City universities, ensuring aligned expectations and processes, and strengthening collaboration to maintain consistent academic standards with ministerial and NCQAA requirements
➢ Collect, validate, and interpret data on multiversity offerings for KPI tracking and institutional effectiveness reporting, ensuring accuracy and supporting evidence-based planning
➢ Strengthen collaboration between Qatar Foundation’s Higher Education Division and Education City Higher Education Institutions by advancing the joint development and implementation of progressive multiversity courses and programs that align to QF’s priorities and workforce/community needs
➢ Other reasonable tasks as assigned by Supervisor
Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
➢ Master’s degree in education, higher education, curriculum and instruction, learning sciences, educational leadership, or a related field
➢ 8–10 years of relevant full-time experience in higher education, professional learning, or academic development, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role related to program development, academic quality, curriculum design, or instructional systems
➢ Proven experience leading the end-to-end development of academic and/or professional programs and courses, including needs analysis, curriculum design, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement
➢ Demonstrated expertise in academic quality assurance, including learning outcomes design, assessment frameworks, program evaluation, and continuous improvement processes
➢ Demonstrated knowledge of local ministerial requirements, regional and international accreditation frameworks, and professional certification standards, with experience aligning program design, documentation, and review processes to external quality and regulatory expectations
➢ Excellent report writing skills with the ability to draft and edit professional and academic documents and articulate ideas clearly and persuasively; Arabic proficiency is an advantage
➢ Strong leadership and team management abilities, with demonstrated experience leading diverse academic or project teams and fostering a culture of collaboration, quality, and innovation
➢ Advanced project management and organizational skills, with the ability to oversee multiple complex program development initiatives and deliver within scope, timelines, and quality expectations
➢ Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with experience identifying programmatic opportunities, responding to emerging education and workforce trends, and translating strategy into actionable learning initiatives
➢ Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft and edit a variety of written reports and communications and to articulate ideas clearly and concisely; Arabic proficiency is an advantage
➢ Proficient in MS Office applications and able to work with academic databases, assessment systems, and reporting tools.
