Job Details

A Glimpse of Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:


  • Maintain and organize AV equipment, ensuring all devices are in proper working order.


  • Conduct routine checks, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of audio, video, and lighting systems.


  • Set up and operate AV equipment for events, meetings, and presentations.


  • Ensure cables, connectors, and other accessories are safely arranged and maintained.


  • Provide AV support to internal teams and guests in a professional and courteous manner.


  • Follow all safety protocols and emergency procedures when handling equipment.


  • Assist during events as needed.


  • Identify potential hazards related to AV setups and take corrective action, notifying supervisors when necessary.


  • Log equipment usage, maintenance issues, and incidents according to hotel procedures.


What We Need from You:


  • Good level of spoken and written English.


  • Flexibility to work varying shifts and take on diverse tasks.


  • Minimum of one year of experience in a similar environment (4-5 hotel preferred).


  • Certificate in AV operations or related technical training.


  • Knowledge of safety procedures and ability to follow emergency protocols.
