Job Title: Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute business development strategies to grow the recruitment business
• Identify, target, and acquire new clients across various industries
• Build, manage, and maintain strong long-term client relationships
• Lead client meetings to understand hiring needs and propose tailored recruitment solutions
• Conduct regular client calls for lead generation, follow-ups, and deal closures
• Present recruitment services, negotiate commercial terms, and finalize contracts
• Achieve and exceed revenue and sales targets
• Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business
• Develop and manage clients specifically within the blue-collar recruitment segment
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or a related field (preferred)
Required Skills & Competencies
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in business development or sales within recruitment or staffing
• Proven experience handling blue-collar hiring clients is preferred.
