Sales executives are responsible for the maximization of sales for a company’s products. They are expected to identify business opportunities and analyze sales options. Their main target is to meet sales goals set by the management and to foster meaningful relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities:
● Achieving of a company's sales goals;
● Achieving the KPI primary & secondary targets;
● Increase the company’s profit by Installing and reinstalling the terminal as per quality standards;
● Timely reinstall the unprofitable terminal to profitable places and reduce red zone/non profitable terminal’s quantity;
● Develop detailed territory plans;
● Identify business opportunities and target markets;
● Manage account management and expansion activities;
● Formulate business proposals according to customers’ business needs;
● Make initial customer contact through visits or calls;
● Meeting with significant existing clients and potentially lucrative prospects;
● Negotiate prices and variations in prices and specifications;
● Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales;
● Building and maintaining profitable relationships with clients;
● Keeping clients updated on the latest services in Kiosk in order to increase sales;
● Responsible to register the payments for the clients;
● Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently;
● Understanding clients' individual needs and addressing these;
● Coordinate with technical department to resolve the kiosk issues in timely manner;
● Meeting with the Area Sales Manager in the organization to plan strategically;
● Attending team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues;
Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret most of the documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints. Ability to make initial customer contact through visits or calls. Ability to negotiate the conditions of cooperation with customers, make all client communications, resolve conflicts.
