As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for creating a memorable dining experience by delivering impeccable service, taking accurate orders, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of fine dining etiquette and demonstrate a passion for the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities Welcome and greet guests in a warm and friendly manner Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings Take and serve orders promptly and accurately Ensure that tables are set up according to the highest standards Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal and make adjustments as necessary Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery Handle guest inquiries and feedback in a courteous and professional manner Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area Process payments and handle cash or card transactions As per market standards Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment is preferred Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Possess a guest-focused mindset and a positive attitude Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends High school diploma or equivalent; relevant hospitality training is an advantage
