Role Summery
- Support design and delivery of an organisation-wide culture transformation program. Contribute to culture vision, values and behaviours; support workshops, communications, training and engagement activities. Work under the Project Manager / Technical Lead.
Job Responsibilities
- Support creation of culture vision inputs; draft core values and observable behaviours.
- Contribute to the culture framework, toolkits and playbooks.
- Prepare workshop materials, co-facilitate employee and manager sessions, capture outputs and follow-up actions.
- Assist stakeholder mapping and execution of internal communications (draft comms, town-hall support, campaign assets).
- Help design training curricula, facilitator guides and blended-learning content; deliver sessions as required.
- Produce client-ready presentations, toolkits, templates and change collateral.
- Track adoption activities, risks and actions; report progress to Project Manager.
- Coordinate with HR, L&D and business leads to align activities and handoffs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, HR, Organizational Psychology or related field from a reputable university.
- 5-8 years of experience in change management, internal communications, organizational development, or L&D supporting culture or change programmes.
- Experience in people analytics, HR analytics, HR operations, research or similar roles supporting HR/change projects consultancy is highly desirable.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Skills: workshop facilitation; stakeholder engagement; content creation (PowerPoint, comms); basic instructional design; client-facing communication skills.
- Tools: MS Office (PowerPoint/Word/Excel), MS Teams/Zoom; survey platforms (Qualtrics/SurveyMonkey), Excel (advanced), at least one BI tool; familiarity with HRIS (Workday/SF/BambooHR) advantageous, familiarity with Miro/Mural or equivalent; basic LMS/e-learning exposure desirable.
- Collaborative and delivery-focused personnel, clear written/verbal communicator, adaptable under tight timelines.
