Skills

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3 to 6 years of experience with a reputable firm as Customer Service.
• Strong Written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiar with MS Office Suits: Excel, Word. Ability to use computerized data monitoring system.
• Able to handle sensitive and confidential information.
