We are seeking a qualified and experienced QA/QC Engineer to join our GRC manufacturing factory. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all production activities & finished products comply with approved drawings, specifications, and local & international compliance standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain the QA/QC system in the production factory.
- Monitor production processes, manage inspections (raw materials, in-process, finished products), ensure adherence to specifications & ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans) to prevent issues leading to poor product quality.
- Ensure adherence & compliance to industry standards, codes & regulations and project specifications and standards.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for non-conformities & implement effective corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) in coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate with production, engineering, and client/consultant representatives.
- Prepare and maintain QA/QC reports, NCRs, inspection records, and final dossiers.
- Monitor calibration of inspection and testing equipment.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering.
