Position: Projects Lead – Land

Reports To: Projects Senior Manager

Role Overview

Seeking an experienced Projects Lead – Land to develop and manage Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) opportunities within the Land domain.

The role requires strong technical and military engineering background, stakeholder engagement, and pre-contract to post-contract project leadership experience.

Maritime MRO experience is mandatory in addition to Land experience.



Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with military end users, suppliers, and stakeholders
• Develop User Requirements, Statements of Work, and technical scopes
• Support tendering, contract development, and cross-department coordination
• Oversee project transition to operations and monitor KPI performance
• Provide technical advice on engineering regulations and best practices
• Support business planning, exhibitions, and headquarters activities as required
• Present project progress reports to senior management

Experience (Mandatory)

• Minimum 10+ years in Military Engineering and Maintenance Management
• Proven experience in Land Systems MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul)
• Mandatory Maritime MRO experience
• Strong background in maintenance policy, technical documentation, and stakeholder management
• Experience in contract development, tendering, and project delivery
• Experience working with OEMs and suppliers
• Middle East experience preferred
