Position: Projects Controller

Reports To: Projects Senior Manager

Role Overview

Seeking an experienced Projects Controller to support the development and delivery of Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) projects.

The role acts as a central coordination point for planning, scheduling, reporting, budgeting, KPI tracking, and project risk monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project planning, scheduling, and milestone tracking
• Monitor progress across multiple ongoing projects
• Track project budgets, KPIs, and risks
• Coordinate meetings and communication with stakeholders
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external use
• Support contract transition and handover to operations
• Assist the Projects Team and Senior Manager in daily activities

Experience (Mandatory)

• Minimum 5+ years in Project Control / Project Coordination roles
• Proven experience in Engineering / MRO projects
• Mandatory Maritime MRO experience
• Experience working with military stakeholders
• Experience tracking budgets, KPIs, risks, and project schedules
• Experience working with OEMs and suppliers
• Middle East experience preferred
