Job Details

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Consultant – Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) to lead and enhance IT governance, strategy, and assurance practices. The role focuses on aligning IT initiatives with organizational objectives, strengthening risk and compliance frameworks, and providing strategic insights to executive leadership. This position is ideal for a professional who combines strong technical expertise with strategic thinking and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the development and execution of the IT strategy in alignment with organizational goals
  • Ensure IT roadmaps and initiatives support business priorities and digital transformation
  • Oversee IT assurance activities related to risk management, compliance, and control effectiveness
  • Conduct IT capability assessments and maturity evaluations
  • Monitor and manage IT performance, KPIs, and benefits realization
  • Report assurance outcomes, key risks, and strategic insights to senior and executive management
  • Drive continuous improvement across IT governance, strategy, and assurance practices

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT governance, risk, compliance, or assurance
  • Strong understanding of IT strategy, governance frameworks, and risk management practices
  • Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and executive-level reporting
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., COBIT, ITIL, CISA, CGEIT) are an advantage
