To identify and secure a commercially strong Chief Financial Officer to lead the full finance function in Qatar, ensuring financial stability, operational efficiency, governance compliance, and strategic growth alignment with shareholders and OEM expectations. Responsibilities Strategic & Commercial Leadership Lead financial strategy and long-term planning. Drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking. Support expansion, margin improvement, and cost optimization initiatives. Financial Operations Oversight Accounting & statutory reporting Treasury & cash flow management FP&ATax & regulatory compliance (Qatar regulations) Internal controls & audit coordination Automotive & Distribution Finance Manage inventory financing and supplier terms. Optimize working capital cycles. Oversee banking relationships and credit facilities. Monitor branch/dealership P&L performance. Governance & Stakeholder Management Present financial results to CEO and Board. Liaise with OEM (Honda). Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and regulators in Qatar. Team Leadership Lead and structure the finance team. Strengthen ERP systems and reporting standards. Drive financial discipline across business units. Qualifications CPA / ACCA / CMA or equivalent. Strong ERP exposure (SAP, Oracle, or similar). Strong banking and funding management experience.
