Key Responsibilities:Greet guests warmly and present menus, including daily specials Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely service Provide detailed knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods Address guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards Support smooth service operations in collaboration with the team Set up and clear tables efficiently Uphold luxury brand service standards at all times
Requirements:2-3 years of experience as an F&B Waitress within a luxury 5 star hotel or resort in the GCC (Required) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and guest-focused mindset Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays Solid knowledge of food and beverage service standards
