Role Description This is a full-time on-site Lifeguard position located in Nisou. The Lifeguard will ensure the safety of all swimmers and visitors by monitoring swimming areas and enforcing safety regulations. Responsibilities include responding promptly to emergencies, performing water rescues, providing first aid if needed, and maintaining a safe and clean pool environment. The Lifeguard will also assist in inspecting and maintaining equipment and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Qualifications Strong swimming abilities and water safety management skills Knowledge of lifesaving techniques, first aid, and CPR practices (certification required) Excellent observation and situational awareness skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests and team members effectively Ability to remain calm and act swiftly during emergencies Good physical fitness and stamina Previous experience as a lifeguard or in a similar role preferred Understanding of pool maintenance is advantageous
