As part of our growth, we are looking for talented culinary professionals to join our dynamic team.🔵 Position: Chef de Partie – Bakery (CDP Bakery) We are looking for a skilled CDP Baker with strong experience in bakery production for premium or fine‑dining environments. The ideal candidate is passionate, detail‑oriented, and capable of producing high‑quality bakery items consistently.🔧 Key Responsibilities Produce a wide range of artisan breads, pastries, viennoiseries, doughs, and specialty bakery items. Ensure all bakery preparations follow standard recipes, quality expectations, and presentation standards. Manage daily bakery production, mise en place, and inventory levels. Maintain proper storage of ingredients, doughs, and finished products. Monitor and ensure the highest levels of food hygiene, safety, and sanitation according to HACCP standards. Assist in training and guiding Commis Bakers and junior staff. Collaborate with the Pastry and Hot Kitchen teams for menu development and new product ideas. Ensure efficient workflow during peak operations with consistency and accuracy. Maintain kitchen equipment and report any maintenance needs promptly.🎯 Requirements Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Baker or CDP – Bakery. Strong background in artisan baking, dough handling, fermentation, and high‑quality bakery production. Experience in fine‑dining, premium cafés, hotel bakery, or artisan bakery brands preferred. Good understanding of kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene standards. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle high production volumes. Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
