Lead and manage advisory engagements from planning through execution and reporting
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely delivery and high client satisfaction
Identify client issues, assess risks, and develop practical, value-driven recommendations
Review workpapers, reports, and presentations to ensure quality and compliance with firm standards
Support integration of advisory services with audit and other assurance offerings where appropriate
Provide subject matter expertise in areas such as:
Risk management and internal controls
Governance, compliance, and regulatory advisory
Internal audit and SOX advisory
Business process improvement and transformation
Financial, operational, or IT advisory depending on practice focus
Identify opportunities for additional advisory services within existing client relationships
Support proposal development, client presentations, and go-to-market initiatives
Contribute to thought leadership, methodologies, and service innovation
Build and maintain strong internal relationships across audit, tax, and advisory teams
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business
Professional certification preferred ACCA CA or equivalent
Typically 3 to 5 years of experience in advisory, consulting, or professional services
Prior experience managing client engagements and teams
Strong understanding of risk, controls, and advisory methodologies
