About the Role:

Qatar Airways are pleased to announce an opportunity to join Centralized Planning department as Planning Coordinator, based in Doha, Qatar.

This role will be supporting with smooth accomplishment of maintenance activities such as organising and administering maintenance check work packages.

Accountabilities include but not limited to:

• Prepare and issue work packages under the guidance of Planning Engineer to ensure availability of alternate aircrafts against aircraft grounded for maintenance.
• Ensure assigned work packages ready for review by Planning Engineer
• Develop plans to accomplish small campaign packages such as Database loading, SWC packages, etc. Ensure updated and current filing system is maintained for deferment, variations, base deferred defects.
• Report accomplishment of EO/ESWC to Engineering Development and Flight operations Engineering. Follow up required tooling and materials availability with materials Planner as requested by Planning Engineer.

About You:

• Minimum 2 years of job-related experience

  
  

• Basic knowledge of Aviation regulations (Part 145, Part M)

  
  

• Basic knowledge of Aircraft/Engine systems

  
  

• Good understanding of maintenance planning concepts

  
  

• Good computer skills, proficient with MS office
