•              Source and evaluate products and suppliers globally

•              Request quotations, prepare cost comparisons, and build competitive proposals

•              Negotiate pricing, timelines, and terms with foreign and local vendors

•              Act as the main point of contact between suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams

•              Coordinate shipments, delivery schedules, and distribution of ready goods

•              Monitor timelines to ensure on-time, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery

•              Maintain clear, organized documentation for projects, suppliers, and logistics

•              Support internal operations to keep workflows efficient and scalable

Skills

•              Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or operations, especially with foreign vendors

•              Strong negotiation, communication, and financial evaluation skills

•              Solid understanding of logistics, shipping, and supply chain processes

•              Excellent command of English (written and spoken)

•              Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solver

•              Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
