Required Skills & Experience
Technical Expertise
8+ years in container platform design and implementation. Strong experience with Red Hat Open Shift (v4.x) architecture and components. Knowledge of Kubernetes fundamentals and container orchestration.
Cloud & Infrastructure
Hands-on experience deploying Open Shift on Azure (ARO or self-managed clusters). Familiarity with Azure networking, storage, and security services. Dev Ops & Automation
Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Tekton, Argo CD) and Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, Terraform). Security & Compliance
Understanding of container security, image scanning, and compliance frameworks.
Other Skills
Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills. Excellent documentation and communication abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Red Hat Certified Specialist in Open Shift Administration or Architecture. Experience with hybrid cloud and multi-cluster designs. Familiarity with service mesh (Istio) and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
