Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading technology solutions and services provider in Doha, Qatar. Our client is looking to hire a Network Engineer who will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting the company's growing network infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for developing scalable, maintainable, and highly available network architectures that meet business objectives and SLAs. Role will also include NOC activities to ensure continuous monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization of network performance.

Responsibilities:

Network Design & Implementation:
- Design, configure, and deploy functional networks (LAN, WLAN, WAN, NAC).

- Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.

- Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the security team.

- Visit sites for new deployments and installations.

Troubleshooting & Support:
- Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations.

- Troubleshoot and resolve network and connectivity issues.

- Provide Level 2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.

- Visit sites to provide on-site support as required.

Monitoring & Optimization:
- Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, goodput, and latency) and test for weaknesses.

- Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval, and success of changes made to the network infrastructure.

- Conduct Network Operations Center (NOC) activities to ensure continuous monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization.

Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain complete and accurate technical documentation.

- Provide detailed reports on network performance, issues, and system logs.


Requirements- 7+ years of work experience in IT network

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- Certification in CCNA, CCNP mandatory, and CCIE: will be an added advantage.

- Proven experience as a Network Engineer or Network Administrator.

- Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, and switching (e.g., BGP, OSPF, VLAN, VRF, MPLS, STP, VTP, VLAN, Package flow etc.).

- Experience with Cisco product ( Router, Switch , WLC, AP , ISE , DNA Center ), troubleshooting, Configuration, and Deployments.

- Hands-on experience with networking hardware (e.g., routers, switches, WLC, ISE etc.).

- Experience with network diagnostic, monitoring, and analysis tools (e.g., DNA Center, SolarWinds, Cisco Prime, Wireshark).
