In this role, you will play a key part in developing technical excellence, fostering innovation, and maintaining high standards of hairdressing education across our salon network and partner institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Develop and deliver engaging, up-to-date hairdressing training programs tailored to different experience levels
  


• 
  Demonstrate advanced hair cutting, styling, coloring, and treatment techniques
  


• 
  Support the professional growth of hairdressers through coaching, mentoring, and constructive feedback
  


• 
  Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and best practices, integrating them into training programs
  


• 
  Assist in creating and updating educational materials, manuals, workshops, and visual content
  


• 
  Collaborate with management and marketing teams to organize educational events and initiatives
  


• 
  Evaluate training effectiveness and provide reports and recommendations for continuous improvement
  

Must-Have Requirements

• 
  Professional certification or diploma in Hairdressing or Cosmetology
  


• 
  Minimum 3 years of hands-on salon experience
  


• 
  Proven experience in training or educating hair professionals
  


• 
  Strong communication and presentation skills in English
  


• 
  Excellent knowledge of modern hair techniques and professional products
  


• 
  Ability to motivate, inspire, and engage learners
  

Nice to Have

• 
  Experience working in an international or multicultural environment

  Arabic language skills (an advantage)
