Job Opportunity: HR Business Partner (HRBP) - Qatar location📠Location: Qatar📅 Experience Required: 2–4 Years🔹 Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and people-oriented HR Business Partner to manage end-to-end HR operations and align organizational objectives with employees and key stakeholders. This role involves recruitment, client coordination, workforce mobilization, employee engagement, and close collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth HR and business operations.🔹 Key Responsibilities: • Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles and projects. • Build and maintain strong client relationships by addressing workforce requirements and concerns. • Gather manpower needs including job roles, headcount, locations, duration, and service scope. • Develop role-specific screening criteria and ensure CVs meet client specifications. • Source candidates through job portals, social media, digital platforms, and other channels. • Screen CVs, applications, and legal documents for accuracy and compliance. • Conduct interviews via phone, video, in-person, and on-site. • Manage offer letters, on boarding, and post-hiring coordination with clients and candidates. • Handle visa processing, QVC appointments, travel arrangements, mobilization, and deployment. 🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications: • 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably within GCC countries. • Experience in recruitment, manpower mobilization, and client management. • Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. • Exposure to HR strategies, HRIS, and workforce engagement. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Management, or related fields. • HR certifications (s PHRi / SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP / HRBP 2.0) preferred or willingness to acquire.📧 Apply Now: Send your updated resume to [Click to show email]📱 WhatsApp/Contact: +91 8422972897
