Job Description

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue, market share, and profitability targets.

Drive new business development while strengthening relationships with key and strategic accounts.

Set annual sales targets, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring consistent performance against objectives.

Lead high-level client negotiations and close complex sales agreements in line with business goals.

Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to refine sales strategies.

Maintain a strong and accurate sales pipeline with effective forecasting and reporting.

Collaborate closely with operations, marketing, and revenue teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Represent the organization at industry events, networking functions, and client engagements.

Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to foster a high-performance, results-driven culture.

Prepare and present sales performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior management.



Qualifications

Minimum 5–7 years of proven sales experience in the hospitality / hotel industry, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.

Strong track record of achieving and exceeding revenue and sales targets.

Proven experience in strategic sales planning, forecasting, and budgeting.

Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills.

Strong negotiation, presentation, and contract management abilities.

In-depth understanding of hospitality market trends, pricing strategies, and revenue management.

Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

High level of analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and market insights.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospitality systems such as Opera; CRM experience is an advantage.

High standards of professional integrity, adaptability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
