Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced accountant to manage and oversee our financial operations in Qatar and Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Quick Books and have experience handling accounts, taxes, financial reporting, and compliance for both Qatar and KSA markets.
Manage day-to-day accounting operations in Qatar and KSA. Handle financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management. Ensure compliance with Qatari and Saudi tax laws (VAT, Zakat, WHT, etc.). Process payroll and employee expenses. Oversee bank reconciliations and accounts payable/receivable. Provide monthly financial reports to management. Coordinate with auditors and tax authorities. Maintain accurate Quick Books records and financial statements. Assist in forecasting, financial planning, and strategy.
Requirements:✅ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field ✅ 5+ years of experience in accounting (Qatar & KSA experience preferred) ✅ Strong Quick Books + Zoho expertise (Online & Desktop) ✅ Experience with VAT filing and compliance in Qatar & KSA ✅ Knowledge of Saudi and Qatari payroll, WPS, and tax systems ✅ Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus) ✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
