About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Branch Manager to oversee overall branch operations within the industrial manufacturing and temporary structures sector. This leadership role is responsible for driving business growth, operational excellence, and team performance while ensuring high standards of service delivery and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Branch Operations & Leadership
Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance.
Lead, manage, and develop cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and support staff.
Ensure branch activities align with organizational policies and strategic objectives.
Business Development & Revenue Growth
Drive sales growth through new business development and key account expansion.
Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and partners.
Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to increase market share.
Financial & Performance Management
Manage branch budgets, P&L performance, and cost controls.
Track KPIs and operational metrics to ensure targets are met.
Implement corrective actions to improve profitability and efficiency.
Operational Excellence & Compliance
Ensure timely execution of projects, installations, and service delivery.
Maintain compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
Oversee inventory, logistics, and resource utilization.
Stakeholder Coordination & Reporting
Act as the primary liaison between head office and branch teams.
Prepare regular performance reports and operational updates.
Support audits, reviews, and strategic planning initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
10–15 years of experience in branch management, operations, or project-based industries.
Strong background in industrial manufacturing, events, or temporary structures preferred.
