We are looking for a Site Engineer with strong experience in interior fit-out projects to supervise site activities, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and workmanship
- Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with design team, MEP engineers, subcontractors
- Monitor project progress, quality, and safety
- Prepare daily reports and site records , work permits , manpower access permits
- Coordinate inspections with consultants, mall management, authorities
- Review shop drawings and material submittals
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards
- Assist in snagging, testing, and handover
- Retail / Commercial Fit-Out Experience Required
- Prepare Interior BOQ with full details & specification
- Prepare architectural drawings & details for site execution
- Strong communication with client representative and properties engineering team
Skills
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design
- 5–8 years experience in interior fit-out projects
- Strong site execution knowledge (gypsum, joinery, finishes, MEP coordination)
- Ability to interpret architectural & MEP drawings
- Experience with mall & properties regulations & fit-out projects is a plus
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- UPDA certification (if available) is an advantage
Preferred
- Qatar site experience
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Driving license in Qatar
