About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to help grow our social media management company by acquiring new clients. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in sales, understands digital services, and can communicate fluently in both Arabic and English.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients (brands, SMEs, startups)
  • Conduct outreach via calls, emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Pitch and sell social media management services
  • Communicate professionally with clients in Arabic and English
  • Qualify leads and close deals
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and deals in CRM
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written) — Mandatory
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Understanding of social media marketing and digital services
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads
  • Experience with CRM tools is a plus
