Brandx Sports Contracting is a specialist in certified sports surfaces and court construction across Qatar, delivering PU, acrylic, EPDM, rubber bonded, artificial turf, padel, and multipurpose sports facilities for schools, clubs, and government projects.
Role Summary
We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive new business for sports courts and sports flooring solutions. The role suits a self-driven salesperson who thrives on commission-based performance and field sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach new clients (contractors, schools, consultants, clubs, developers)
- Generate leads and arrange site visits and meetings
- Present company systems and solutions professionally
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and technical submissions
- Coordinate with the technical team for site surveys and proposals
- Track projects from inquiry stage to closing
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Report weekly sales activities and pipeline status
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience (construction/sports flooring preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Valid Qatar driving license (mandatory)
- Ability to work independently and on targets
- Knowledge of sports courts, flooring systems, or construction is an advantage
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
