The project:

This is a mixed use development project.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Lead with safety first, ensuring compliance, wellbeing, and inclusive environments across all projects.
• Drive delivery excellence, aligning planning and performance with client vision and business objectives.
• Uphold integrity through strategic development, due diligence, and sustainable outcomes for people, clients, and planet.
• Create opportunity by fostering collaboration, innovation, and knowledge-sharing to help teams excel.
• Lead and manage all aspects of project controls including: Planning and scheduling, Cost control and forecasting, Change management, Risk management, Reporting and governance.
• Coordinate with PMCM leadership and client teams to align controls with project delivery strategy, contract obligations, and KPIs.
• Partner with cost consultants on budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and cost performance indices.
• Support value engineering, cost-benefit reviews, and apply global standards with local Qatar practices.

You’ll need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or quantity surveying from an accredited university.
• 15–20 years of experience in project controls and program delivery oversight, with:
• At least 7 years in a project/program controls leadership role within a PMCM/PMC or engineering consultancy environment.
• 5+ years of GCC experience, preferably on mega projects involving infrastructure and building components.
• Proven ability to manage integrated controls over projects with a cumulative value exceeding QAR 1 billion.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Familiarity with international project control standards and local practices in Qatar.
