The Project Director operates as an independent delivery authority, accountable for quality, integration, risk management, and stakeholder confidence across large, high-visibility engagements.
Skills
- Demonstrated experience delivering projects in real estate, infrastructure, construction, facilities management, utilities, or asset-intensive enterprises
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary programs involving governance, quality, data, compliance, and technology
- Experience working with large organizations, developers, regulators, and complex stakeholder environments
Strong background in structured project and program delivery, preferably from established consulting or professional services firms
