We are looking for a Cyber Security Analyst with strong CCNA-level networking expertise to secure, monitor, and defend enterprise network infrastructure. The role focuses heavily on network traffic analysis, Cisco security technologies, and incident response, ensuring availability, integrity, and confidentiality of network services.
Key Responsibilities (CCNA-Focused)
Monitor and analyze network traffic to detect security threats and anomalies
Investigate network-based attacks such as DDoS, spoofing, MITM, port scans, and lateral movement
Configure, manage, and monitor Cisco routers, switches, and security devices
Analyze logs from firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and network devices
Support SIEM integration of Cisco network and security logs
Perform packet analysis using tools like Wireshark and tcpdump
Implement and maintain network security controls (ACLs, VLANs, NAT, VPNs)
Assist in incident response related to network intrusions and compromises
Perform network vulnerability assessments and remediation
Ensure secure network architecture and segmentation
Document network security incidents, SOPs, and architecture diagrams
Collaborate with SOC, Network, and Infrastructure teams
Requirements5+ years of experience in Cyber Security / Network Security roles
Valid CCNA certification (mandatory)
Strong knowledge of:
TCP/IP, OSI model, routing & switching
VLANs, STP, NAT, DHCP, DNS
Network security protocols (IPSec, SSL, SSH)
