Job Details

Job Description:




  • Manage executives’ schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events; prepare agendas and record minutes.

  • Prioritize and handle incoming correspondence (emails, letters, calls), ensuring timely responses.

  • Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and meeting documents.

  • Assist in preparing and reviewing memos, letters, reports, and presentations.

  • Conduct research and compile data as required.

  • Maintain and update files, records, and databases for the executive team.

  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.


Skills:




  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office productivity tools.

  • High degree of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.

  • Effective teamwork and independent work capabilities.


Qualifications:




  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred.

  • Proven experience as an Executive Secretary or in a similar administrative role.

  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English are required.
