JOB PURPOSE:
Provide various specialized and general administrative support services to support a business unit, department, or one or more individuals.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills
- Compose correspondence under minimal supervision.
- Obtain and give standard call information.
- Coordinate department’s activities.
- May recommend improvements to procedures.
- Perform moderately complex tasks like research, compiling, and analyzing.
- Arrange and coordinate travel and meeting schedules
- Prepare agendas, meeting briefings and minutes for executives
- Manage Country Manager’s calendar
- Primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters pertaining to the Country Manager office
- Arrange events for internal and external stakeholders.
COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
- GM’s direct and matrix reports
- Risk, Audit, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Corporate Solutions, Agency, Banca, DtC, IT, Product, Communication, Procurement
- Develop positive working relationships with key stakeholders
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
- Minimum 5 years’ PA/EA experience, preferably in a multinational organization.
- University degree or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft and outlook.
- Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
