Job Details


  • Minimum of 4 years bachelor degree in Engineering
  • With 10+ years construction and oil & gas projects’ experience in planning
  • Develop and maintaining projects schedule, sequencing, phasing and logistics in coordination with the Project Leadership.
  • Monitoring and aanalyzing project progress, productivity and earned value metrics, and reporting performance against approved plans.
  • Reveiwing sub-contractor work programs, verifying actual progress, and assessing schedule compliance and delays
  • Managing schedule updates in Primavera and supporting delay analysis, change orders, and extension of time (EOT) evaluations.
  • Monitoring invoicing, cost plans and cash flows, consolidating results into monthly project control reports.
  • Preparing and reporting KPI's, project metrics, and risk-related inputs appropriate to the project stage.
  • Coordinating long-lead item schedules and supporting procurement tracking with contractors and suppliers.
  • Participating in contract administration, project meetings and monthly reporting activities

Skills

  • Proficient in project management software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project for effective scheduling and resource management.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess project risks and develop strategic mitigation plans.
  • Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration among diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to prepare detailed reports and presentations that convey complex information clearly.
  • Knowledge of construction methodologies and processes to ensure project compliance with industry standards.
  • Experience in budget management and cost control to optimize financial resources effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges and implement innovative solutions in project execution.
