Role Summary
Responsible for overseeing offshore construction, hook-up, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities, including execution during shutdowns. Acts as the company’s on-site representative, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule compliance across brownfield and greenfield scopes.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise offshore construction and hook-up activities in brownfield and greenfield environments
Ensure contractor compliance with approved procedures, permits, HSE standards, and site rules
Coordinate daily construction activities across disciplines and interfaces
Review and validate work packs, drawings, and progress reports
Monitor contractor performance, progress, and resource deployment against schedule
Ensure inspections, audits, certifications, and corrective actions are completed on time
Support pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up activities
Identify, resolve, and report site issues, risks, and non-conformances
Participate in HSE meetings, safety tours, and coordination meetings
Maintain effective communication with site authorities, contractors, and project teams
RequirementsQualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree / HND or equivalent in a relevant discipline
Minimum 10 years’ offshore oil & gas experience
Strong experience in offshore construction, hook-up, SIMOPS, and brownfield projects
EPC supervision experience preferred
Familiar with international codes, specifications, and industry standards
Fluent in English with strong communication skills
Ability to work in complex, multicultural environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Willingness to work offshore and internationally
Valid H2S OPITO and T-BOSIET certifications
