Role Summary

Responsible for overseeing offshore construction, hook-up, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities, including execution during shutdowns. Acts as the company’s on-site representative, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule compliance across brownfield and greenfield scopes.


Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise offshore construction and hook-up activities in brownfield and greenfield environments


  • Ensure contractor compliance with approved procedures, permits, HSE standards, and site rules


  • Coordinate daily construction activities across disciplines and interfaces


  • Review and validate work packs, drawings, and progress reports


  • Monitor contractor performance, progress, and resource deployment against schedule


  • Ensure inspections, audits, certifications, and corrective actions are completed on time


  • Support pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up activities


  • Identify, resolve, and report site issues, risks, and non-conformances


  • Participate in HSE meetings, safety tours, and coordination meetings


  • Maintain effective communication with site authorities, contractors, and project teams



RequirementsQualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree / HND or equivalent in a relevant discipline


  • Minimum 10 years’ offshore oil & gas experience


  • Strong experience in offshore construction, hook-up, SIMOPS, and brownfield projects


  • EPC supervision experience preferred


  • Familiar with international codes, specifications, and industry standards


  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills


  • Ability to work in complex, multicultural environments


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


  • Willingness to work offshore and internationally


  • Valid H2S OPITO and T-BOSIET certifications
