Accountabilities

Identify top talent, build and scale high performing teams Mentor new sales talent and support skill development through the program Leverage data and metrics to drive insight, make intelligent personnel decisions and take action quickly Coach, mentor and support SDRs and AAPs in their efforts to generate demand and qualify leads to build pipeline opportunities for the sales team Collaborate with Sales leaders on business needs, sourcing exceptional talent, onboarding and developing the SDP team

Requirements

8+ years of professional experience with a background in Sales At least 2 years leading Inside Sales/Sales Development Program Experience mentoring new sales talent and supporting skill development through a program Ability to leverage data and metrics to drive insight and make intelligent personnel decisions Experience within Saa SBachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
